"Poetic Justice"
This is dierctly inspired by a case locally that is coming to trial in my county. Her body was found in his apt closet, dismembered, and in a plastic storage container.
"MatchKing"
He gained her trust-then took her away
Never agian-will she run and play
Her innocence taken-her body left cold
He killed their baby-just ten years old
The police came-and took him away
Promised to lock him up-for life plus one day
Buth that wont do it-the penalty must be paid
Only his death will atone-for what he did that day
I waited-from before dawns light
For him to be delivered-into my sights
They pulled him form the car-now wearing a vest
It wont matter-MatchKing will do the rest
Gonna open him up real good
See whats inside
Show the world
The things he had to hide
MatchKing-boattail of choice
gave the victim-an unmistakeable voice
2800-comes really fast
Delivered a message-a message that will last
The media- the talking heads will say
Vigilante justice-is not the way
But Julie's parents rest easy tonight
Knowing what I done-I done what was right

And he probably plead innocent?
Too many innocents are dying.
Too many killers roam free.
The man who killed my brother last August is now going to trial in Georgia.
As an "illegal" he suddenly has "rights".
The taxpayer dime pays for his defense.
There is no justice it seems to me.
