    I was just reading it Monday night and I noticed it's gone from the page.

    I tried to access it via his link from Dennis' "master list" thread and the link returned an error.

    Was it taken down for some reason?

    It was missing for a while because I apparently inadvertantly deleted it. I had moved it to the private section per his request and then merged the comment thread with it. When I merged them the opening post for the comment thread appeared first so I clicked the box to delete just that comment, but it deleted the whole thread. I am so sorry! Fortunately he was nice enough to repost it.
