Anyone ever blend beeswax and tallow when making candles? I have searched the net to no avail. I usually make beeswax candles but I would like to experiment with tallow.
We used to make beeswax candles, too, but never tried tallow. I’ve read mention of mixed candles, but can’t remember what I read it in. All you can do is experiment with a small amount. If your tallow is soft, you could just make a grease lamp - those far predate candles.
